Here at Select Home we employ a team of designers both in China and the UK. Our design team in the UK works closely with you day-to-day to achieve your ambition. From market research, attending fairs, comp shop reports, and setting trends through to concept and development drawings - we can develop unique ideas for you and with you. With excellent designers also in China we can also model and 3D print concepts for sign off. All of our designers work collaboratively with the engineers to get the best design at the best price. We begin the creative process by identifying key looks for the season. By pulling together images, pantones and patterns, as well as taking into account wider global influences, our designers establish the product direction. With designs generated, each stage is approved by the factory owner and engineers to ensure that all products are producible and cost effective. Initial samples are then made, checked and signed off by all disciplines to achieve the best product.
Once the design is finalised, we create a prototype of the product for testing and validity. We then use this for quality and performance standards. We handle the entire manufacturing process from tooling to delivery into your chosen facility. Sourcing any additional components, assembly and carrying out quality control checks at each stage, we ensure your product is the best it can be.
We conduct rigorous testing of the new product to ensure it meets all industry standards and customer specifications. We have passed many audits and have no issue conducting further audits where applicable.
